COR Sitzmöbel stands for home decor, aesthetics and excellent seating comfort. The premium brand has been owner-managed since it was founded in 1954 and produces high-quality seating and upholstered furniture for international markets at its Rheda-Wiedenbrück site. Its most famous piece is the classic Conseta sofa, which has been in the product portfolio since 1964. Creating value and quality in a contemporary design that remains independent of trends and fashions is the passion of all those who characterise and help shape the brand. The best craftsmanship and the highest quality materials are the hallmarks of COR furniture.  
COR (lat. heart) has already been honoured with over 60 corporate and product awards for its outstanding design and corporate achievements, including the German Design Award, the Iconic Award and the Design Award of the Federal Republic of Germany. 
All upholstered furniture bears the "Blue Angel" and the Greenguard Gold certificate. The company works according to the Lean Factory principle, employs around 231 people and trains talented young professionals itself. The site has been climate-neutral through offsetting since 2020. 

COR House  
In the immediate vicinity of the production site in Rheda-Wiedenbrück, the world's largest exhibition in the COR Haus is located on around 3,000 square metres of an old paper factory. On display here are the current seating and upholstered furniture programmes and the diverse fabric and leather collection, supplemented by a spacious specialist exhibition for the contract sector. The historical collection is staged in the basement of the COR Haus - as an informative journey through more than 70 years of successful product and brand history.
